Patient Service Process

Process of getting medical treatment in Turkey:

• You send a request

  Use the contact form to send your request. Also you are welcome to send separate email indicating detailed information about the disease describing the patient's condition and attaching related documents.

• We send treatment questionnaire form

  You will be asked to fill the treatment questionnaire form, so our experts could prepare treatment plan proposal for you.

• Treatment plan proposal

  Our experts will send treatment plan proposal within 48 hours after you submit treatment questionnaire form.

• Travel plan proposal

  Once you confirm treatment plan proposal, our experts will prepare unique travel plan for you with package deals where flight tickets, airport transfer and hotel accommodation options will be included.

• Contract signing

  After you confirm treatment and travel plans, our experts will send to you a contract.

• Payments

  You will be asked to make related payments. All payments related to treatment will be made directly to the hospital. All payments related to travel will be made to Tedavi Tour.

• Start of the treatment

  We will accompany you during your whole treatment. Our experts will be ready to meet all your additional requests.

• Final

  End of a treatment program. Get an appointment for further recovery from a doctor if needed. We will send by email all documents asked by a doctor, and remind you about a return visit if necessary.
